The Children's Inn at the National Institutes of Health is a residential "place like home" for sick children and their families. Children come from across the country and around the world to stay together with their families in The Inn's healing environment while receiving groundbreaking medical treatments at the NIH, the world's leading biomedical research center. While the NIH takes care of the child's medical needs, The Inn tends to the child's heart, soul and spirit.

Rainmakers Strategic Solutions proudly supports My Sister's Place (MSP). Rainmakers has established a proud partnership with My Sister's Place, and has made material & monetary contributions to the women's shelter. These contributions have added value to the women and children who have taken that brave step to begin healing and moving forward in their lives. Rainmakers will continue to explore opportunities for our organization to impact the lives of the women and children that benefit from the services provided by MSP.
As DC's oldest domestic violence shelter, MSP provides comprehensive programs and services that holistically address domestic violence and the unique challenges survivors face. MSP provides safe and confidential emergency shelter and transitional-to-permanent housing to battered women and their children. MSP also provides a confidential 24-hour hotline, supportive programs, counseling, education and advocacy, therapeutic children's programming, after-care services, residential and non-residential counseling and case-management, community outreach and education in English and Spanish, and referrals to community partners based on each survivor's individual needs. These services are available to all survivors of domestic violence. MSP is part of an interactive community committed to eradicating domestic violence, and their goal is to empower survivors to take control of their own lives.
It is the Rainmakers Strategic Solutions Team honor to continuously serve & support such a worthy cause that promotes positive uplifting reinforcement for disadvantaged women and children.
